Investigators from the Prosecutor’s Office analyze the content of a handwritten letter that arrived to former President Álvaro Uribe in which He assures that the governor of Nariño would have financed the assassination of the senator and pre-candidate for the Presidency Miguel Uribe Turbay.

“Dear President Uribe, I am writing to you in order to inform you of despicable acts carried out by the government of the day and the governor of Nariño.
