Sources consulted by this medium confirmed that it is Elvis Johan Agreda Rodríguez, Venezuelan citizen, born on October 9, 2001. He was only 24 years old.
On the other hand, according to the information provided by Lieutenant Colonel Luis Pardo, of the Bogotá Metropolitan Policethe fact was known to the authorities through a report issued by the Communications Central, which alerted about the presence of an injured person on public roads in that sector of the city.
After receiving the alert, units from the attention area immediately moved to the scene. Upon arrival, the uniformed officers found a citizen who had different injuries caused by a firearm.so they proceeded to cordon off the area to guarantee security in the area and facilitate the corresponding work.
At that point, the authorities activated the attention and scene verification protocols, while the first actions were carried out to establish what happened. However, due to the severity of his injuries, the man died.
With the place secured, the Police began urgent actions and the judicial investigation to determine the circumstances of the attack, identify those responsible and establish the motives for this violent event that occurred in the center of the capital.
According to preliminary information handled by authorities, One of the hypotheses being analyzed is that the case could be related to microtrafficking dynamics in the area. However, this aspect is still subject to verification within the investigative process.
