The State Health Services Administration (ASSE) received a complaint against a nurse of the Maciel Hospital for the alleged disclosure of confidential information from the patient’s medical history. 62-year-old delivery man stabbed to death last week, sources from the state health provider confirmed to The Observer.

From ASSE they confirmed that they were aware of the complaint and clarified to The Observer that an administrative investigation will not be initiated against the nurse, but just a warning.
The case
Last week, a delivery of Venezuelan origin was stabbed with a knife for a 30 year old man. The event occurred at the intersection of Cuareim and Colonia.
