In the appellate judgment in the case of the former special prosecutor Dušan Kováčik sees the prime minister Robert Fico and his closest that which does not exist. It is referred to by the Supreme Court itself, which issued the verdict.
In the 215-page judgment, he noted several errors in the previous decision-making regarding Kováčik, but he himself says that none of them are grounds for prosecuting the judges.

In 2021, she was the first female judge to convict Kováčik. Her verdict was later confirmed by the Supreme Court, which, however, reduced Kováčik’s sentence from 14 to 8 years in prison.
