During the ceremony, Draim District Governor Maulvi Mohammad Yunus Jihadmal said that this project has been started to improve the condition of the communication routes and facilitate access to public services for the residents of the said district.
According to him, this project includes 31-kilometer road graveling and paving, which is being built at a cost of 7.5 million Afghanis from the budget of Badakhshan province.
According to him, with the completion of this project, the transportation problems of the residents of Draim district will be solved.
