Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this Sunday that his country would be willing to agree to a bilateral energy truce and stop attacks on Russian refineries if Moscow stops attacking the invaded country’s energy infrastructure.
“It is possible to stop attacks on energy infrastructure today but (Vladimir) Putin does not want to do it. Ukraine will be ready to stop attacking Russian oil refineries if Russia stops attacking our energy infrastructure. Any de-escalation measures must be reciprocal and backed by real guarantees,” Zelensky said on Facebook.

“I thank all our emergency services, who are always at the service of our people and work to alleviate the consequences of the brutal Russian attacks. This morning, search and rescue operations concluded in Zaporizhzhia, where Russia caused the death of 23 people, including four children,” he said.
