The film “Sabotage” (Serb. “Sabotage”), in which Arnold Schwarzenegger plays the main role, has been growing in popularity on Netflix in recent days, although it was a commercial and critical failure after its release in 2014.
It is a crime thriller directed by David Ayer, partly inspired by Agatha Christie’s famous novel “And Then There Were None”, in which the members of a group mysteriously disappear one by one.
In the film, Schwarzenegger plays an agent of the US Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), whose team becomes the target of a killer after stealing money during an operation against drug cartels.
Although the film earned only about 22 million dollars at the global box office, with a budget of approximately 35 million, today it attracts a new audience thanks to its availability on streaming platforms.
In addition to Schwarzenegger, the film also stars Sam Worthington, Terence Howard, Joe Manganiello and Mirej Enos, and “Sabotage” will be available on Netflix until July 1.
His return to the public spotlight comes at a time when interest in the works of Agatha Christie is growing again thanks to new screen adaptations and television adaptations of her most famous novels.
