In the opening ceremony of this project, the mayor of Mazar-i-Sharif, Hafiz Abdul Rahman Hammat, said that the construction of 4 intersections out of 22 planned intersections has been completed and put to use, and the construction of the remaining intersections is going on fast.
At the same time, the reconstruction works of an intersection in the sixth district of Mazar-e-Sharif have also started.
According to the officials, these projects are being implemented in cooperation with businessmen and private companies to improve the beauty of the city, to strengthen the urban order and to provide a suitable environment for the citizens.
At the same time, some residents of Mazar-e-Sharif welcomed these projects and said that the construction of standard intersections will play an important role in the beauty of the city, the improvement of traffic order and the reduction of disorder.
