The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has established that the Assembly of Kosovo was constituted after the 30-day deadline.
This passage of the deadline, the Constitutionalist says, results in the beginning of the expiration of the deadlines for the election of the President.
In the decision, it is stated that the Assembly should as soon as possible elect the vice-president from among the ranks of the PDK.
He considered the election of the Government to be regular and not contrary to the Constitution.
In the end, the Constitutionalist says that the 60-day deadline for the election of the President has been running since August 8, when the Assembly had to be constituted.
This term for the election of the president ends on October 6.
