A new chapter of Dodge muscle cars is opening. In the year that the Dodge Charger celebrates its 60th anniversary, a new generation of Chargers is about to arrive, carrying the spirit, character and performance-oriented DNA that have always defined the name into a bold, multi-drive future. For six decades, the Dodge Charger has represented one of the purest expressions of American automotive culture. Introduced in 1966 during the golden age of muscle cars, the Charger stood out with its striking fastback silhouette, driver-oriented cockpit and powerful V8 engines that marked an era.
From the outset, the Charger offered a combination of powerful proportions, emotional driving and unmistakable presence, establishing itself as much more than a car – a symbol of strength, attitude and personal expression. Over the generations, the Dodge Charger has transcended the boundaries of the automotive world and become a global cultural icon. His appearances in legendary films and television series such as Bullitt and the Fast and Furious franchise have cemented his status far beyond the roads.
At the same time, the Charger built its reputation through motorsport and engineering innovation, which continues today with success in NHRA drag racing competitions. Legendary models like the Charger Daytona demonstrated Dodge’s relentless pursuit of speed and aerodynamic efficiency, further cementing the model’s association with racing and performance culture.
Throughout its history, the Dodge Charger has continuously evolved, staying true to its distinctive DNA – a legacy that, even in its 60th year, continues to look to the future. Each generation has reinterpreted the core values of the brand: daring design, emotional performance and strong character, adapting to new times without losing its own soul. It is this continuity that defines the Charger today: heritage not as nostalgia, but as an enduring story of innovation, attitude and relevance.
Today, the Dodge Charger enters its most ambitious chapter yet. The latest generation reinterprets its heritage through a modern approach, combining recognizable design elements such as a wide stance and dynamic proportions with advanced technology. Thanks to a multi-drive strategy, the new Charger is available with gasoline SIXPACK engines and as an all-electric Daytona model, offering more ways to experience Dodge performance without compromise.
The new multi-power Dodge Charger lineup includes: Charger R/T with SIXPACK engine and 420 hp, with the highest production power among muscle cars in its class, Charger Scat Pack with 550 hp, powered by a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder twin-turbo SIXPACK High Output engine, and all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona R/T with 536 hp and all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack with 670 hp, the fastest and most powerful electric muscle car with all-wheel drive (AWD).
Every Charger comes standard with all-wheel drive, and is available as a two-door (coupé) or four-door (limousine) – because with performance comes choice.
