One of the biggest regional music stars of recent decades is back in the spotlight. While many cities are already preparing for the holiday period and planning programs for New Year’s Eve, it has been confirmed that the popular singer will spend the very last evening of 2026 in front of thousands of fans at a large outdoor concert. The organizers expect a real spectacle from this performance, and more than 117 thousand euros will be allocated for her engagement.
It is about Severiniwhose performance will mark the entry into the year 2027 in Tuzla. The confirmation was given by the Tourist Board of the City of Tuzla, which has already started preparations for one of the biggest events in the city during the year. The organizers believe that her greatest hits and energetic performance will attract visitors from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and other countries of the region.
According to the data from the contract concluded at the beginning of June, 230,000 convertible marks without VAT, or about 117,600 euros, were set aside for the engagement of the popular singer. The job was awarded to the company Agencija Zeus doo, and the procedure was carried out through a negotiation procedure without publishing a public invitation.
In the explanation of the decision, it is stated that it is a unique artistic performance that, due to its specific identity and artistic expression, can only be performed by a certain performer or his authorized representative. In the public procurement procedure, only one offer was received, which was deemed acceptable.
The Tourist Board points out that the choice of Severina was logical considering her popularity and rich career. During more than thirty years on the music scene, she released numerous hits that characterized regional pop music and held hundreds of concerts in front of sold-out halls and squares.
Her recent performance in Makarska as part of the WTA Makarska Open showed that she continues to enjoy enormous popularity. Before the concert, she surprised her followers on Instagram with a video from the sports field in Split. Dressed in a sparkly mini dress and high heels, she displayed enviable basketball skills, accurately driving the ball and hitting the basket.
