The Rotary Club of Dominica is doing its part to encourage youngsters to make the healthy choice of water over sugary beverages by installing water fountains in two primary schools on the island.
A Club press release shared that the beneficiaries of the project are the Roseau Primary School and Trafalgar Primary School, with each fountain being handed over on school grounds on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 9 AM and 10:30 AM, respectively.
Both ceremonies will be attended by Rotary Club of Dominica representatives, teachers, students, parents, and invited guests, stated the Club.
The organization says that it aims to improve the lives of community members through service and initiatives that champion sustainable development.
Along those lines, this project aligns with its goals of contributing to a healthier way of life for the youth.
