Naucalpan, Méx.- They are fulfilled three hours of blockade inNorthern Peripheral,, at the height of the Naucalli Parkon the part of public transport operators coming from Melchor Ocampo who denounce acts of extortion.
The mobilization began around 2:00 p.m. this Tuesday. The operators arrived in the vicinity of Periférico Norte, towards Mexico City, and they crossed their vehicles on the side and center lanes, preventing passage.
“No more extortions. March to Mexico City,” reads on the windows of the trucks used to block the road.
The dissatisfied They requested the intervention of the Government of the State of Mexicoas well as the Mobility and Security Secretariats, stating that they face a situation of alleged extortion attributed to the TUTRAM organization.

According to the transporters, members of that group have threatened, physically attacked and tried to force them to pay a fee of 500 pesos to allow them to operate, after they refused to join the organization.
They stated that some operators had agreed to join due to the pressures.
Those who refused to join denounced acts of intimidation, harassment and assaultso they asked the authorities to investigate the facts and guarantee conditions to provide the service without pressure.
At 5:00 p.m., the blockade continues only on the side lanes and continues to affect traffic on Periférico Norte towards Mexico City.
The authorities arrived at the scene to open dialogue tables and meet the demand of the transporters.
