And the importance of the so-called “Western Azerbaijan” is presented as a strategic direction of Azerbaijan, and the “return” is a historical mission.
This is presented by the Minister of Science and Education, and this is not accidental. In Azerbaijan, officially, through education, at the state level, the ideology of territorial claims against Armenia is formed and transmitted to generations. Let me remind you that today’s Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, was the former Minister of Science and Education. Meanwhile, the authorities of Armenia continue to be busy with the struggle against their own history, national memory and identity.

I call on all international structures and superpowers, which declare that they are interested in peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, to keep in the center of attention the territorial expansionist long-term ambitions of the Republic of Armenia that are gathering new momentum and maturing in Azerbaijan.
There can be no real peace between the countries, one of which constantly puts forth demanding theses, and the other humbly fulfills them. Instead of real and lasting peace, this bubble of illusion being imposed on our people will one day burst, and woe to the people who do not understand it now.
