    The men’s flag football team decisively defeated Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina, while the women’s team did the same with Brazil and Venezuela.

    Women’s team overwhelms Venezuela at the end of the first day

    The women’s team closed a perfect day for Panamanian flag football with a resounding victory over Venezuela 62-0.

    Alejandra Ramos and Lucía Rodríguez They combined for three touchdown passes each. On the defensive side, Nohelys Martínez returned two interceptions for touchdowns and Jade Vega one returned.

    The action continues tomorrow

    Flag football will return to action early on Saturday, when the men’s team faces Uruguay at 8:00 am, while the women’s team will play its first game at 10:30 am against Venezuela.

    Both games will be played at the Emilio Royo Stadium of the Irving Saladino Sports City.
