The MiBus transport company announced that it will offer a special free service to facilitate the transportation of fans who will attend the friendly match between Panama and the Dominican Republic, scheduled for this Wednesday at the Rommel Fernández Stadium.
The service will be available from El Crisol Metro Station to the stadium and will operate between 4:45 pm and 8:15 pm, with the aim that attendees can arrive sufficiently in advance of the meeting.
“For Wednesday, which is the Panama-Dominican Republic match, our special service, which has no cost for the user, starts from 4:45 pm to 8:15 pm, so that they have a chance to arrive in time for the opening of the doors and those who are a little late for the initial whistle also have the opportunity to arrive with our service”explained Eliana Lasso, director of Planning and Programming of MiBus Services at the press conference.
The measure is part of the coordinated actions to guarantee the mobility of the thousands of fans who will attend the National Team’s farewell match before their international commitments.
The authorities and organizers have also recommended attendees use public transportation because the stadium parking lots are sold out. In addition, they called on people to arrive early and have their digital tickets ready to speed up entry to the sports venue.
