Maulvi Zabihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the Taliban, has announced that, based on the order of the country’s leadership, Mullah Abdullah Bashir, the former Deputy Minister of Technology and Logistics of the Ministry of Defense, has been appointed as the general head of the Quality and Standards Department.

Also, Maulvi Mohammad Ali Jan, the former deputy of jirgas, tribes, tribes and coordination of the Ministry of Borders and Tribes, has been appointed as the deputy of technology and logistics of the Ministry of Defense.

Based on these designations, Maulvi Afghan Hezbollah, the former head of the border police, has been appointed as the head of the senior deputy of the Ministry of Interior, and Mullah Abdul Rahim Ahmad, the former head of the senior deputy, has been appointed as the head of the border police.

At the same time, Mullah Faizullah Tamim, the former head of the Quality and Standards Department, has been appointed as the deputy of Zabul province.

It is said that these changes were made in the framework of transfer and adjustment of administrative responsibilities in different institutions of the country.

These transfers take place after a period of extensive changes in the security and administrative institutions of the country. Previously, a number of senior officials in the Ministries of Defense, Interior Affairs and local administrations were transferred.

According to some sources, these changes were made with the aim of increasing efficiency, restructuring the management structure and handing over responsibilities to more experienced people.

It should be mentioned that the Department of Standards and Quality is one of the newly established institutions of the Taliban, which is responsible for monitoring the quality of services and products in government institutions. The appointment of a military figure as the head of this department shows the increasing importance of this institution in the administrative system of the country.
