“The Assembly of Montenegro will respect the final decisions of the competent courts, and the Administrative Board will act responsibly, impartially and exclusively in accordance with the law within its competences,” announced the president of the Administrative Board Jelena Nedović regarding the final verdict regarding the members of the RTCG Council.
In a post on Facebook, she pointed out that the Parliament of Montenegro will respect the final decisions of the competent courts.
“In a country that aspires to full membership in the European Union, court rulings are not subject to political interpretations, but binding acts that must be respected. The administrative board, within its competences and in accordance with the law, will act responsibly, impartially and exclusively guided by the principle of legality,” said Nedović.
According to her, every decision will be based on relevant facts, valid regulations and the obligation to respect the legal order of Montenegro.
