At the very beginning, Boris Mugoša (ES) spoke about the convictions against members of the RTCG Council.
“There is a proposal for the election of RTCG Council members in the procedure. Veselin Drljević is also on that list, legally convicted for abuse of official position. He cannot be a member of the Council, because the law states that a person who has been legally convicted for that criminal offense cannot hold that position,” said Mugoša.
He emphasized that there are two ways to solve the current situation.

“One way is for Drljević to withdraw his candidacy, and the other is for the Administrative Board to withdraw the list of candidates. Because they proposed a list with a candidate who does not meet the legal requirements,” said Mugoša.
At the same time, as he added, Naod Zorić, who is a current member of the RTCG Council, was also convicted by that verdict.
“The administrative board must initiate the procedure for his dismissal. But I expect him to resign, in order to facilitate the procedure,” Mugoša said.
Vladislav Bojović (DNP) spoke about the ship “Jadran”.
“Apparently, this government intends to give him to Croatia. Even though he does not belong to Croatia. They want us to let them control the entrance to Boka. I think that the majority of Montenegrin citizens are not aware of the danger that threatens us, bearing in mind that this government does not react to this kind of blackmail from Croatia and the pro-Ustasha authorities, as they have in Croatia. The Croats want the issue of Prevlaka to be resolved according to their dictates,” he stressed.

He added that Croatia allegedly “has control over the National Security Agency, and through Ranko Krivokapić and Ervin Ibrahimović they control the foreign policy of Montenegro”.
“Whoever fulfills at least one of the eight conditions set by Croatia for Montenegro will commit high treason, the biggest after the recognition of Kosovo,” he concluded.
This was answered by Mirsad Nurković (BS), who said that this is a debatable theory, and that Ibrahimović is not under the influence of any other country.

“It is an insult to him and to everyone he represents. To talk about high treason in this way is a bit too much. You know very well that high treason is one of the most difficult qualifications that can be said about someone. What did Ervin Ibrahimović do to qualify him like that,” he emphasized.
To that, Bojović said that he thought that Ibrahimović was the “executor of affairs”, and that Ranko Krivokapić and the Croatian ambassador to Montenegro were in the background.
Ćorović: The failed ideology of the nineties is represented today by Milan Knežević, he is alone in that
MP Kenana Strujić-Harbić believes that this party is a guarantee that Montenegro will never be part of the “Serbian world” or the Open Balkans.
“Individual pushovers in our parliament say that they have such an “agenda”, but we are a guarantee that it will not exist. This is what the ‘bosses’ persistently want to impose in the past months. We will not allow it, and I hope they still have time to reset,” she said.
In the further discussion in the plenum, Bosniak Party MP Jasmin Ćorović pointed out that they are building politics on sound foundations and sound policies, not on the policies of the 1990s, which still have tails in the Parliament of Montenegro.
“I’m glad that this failed ideology and politics is represented by Milan Knežević in Montenegro. And I’m glad that he remained alone in this, because the ideology of the nine verses is showing its exhalation”, emphasized Ćorović.
