Maulvi Azizi thanked UNICEF for its cooperation and said that the Ministry of Information and Culture is ready to expand cooperation in the areas of promoting study culture, equipping public libraries, producing literary and cultural works for children, increasing the capacity of young writers and implementing joint cultural programs.
According to him, every day many students and young people visit the public library, national archive, national museum and art school and get information about the historical and cultural values of the country.
The Minister of Art and Culture has also mentioned the need to equip and strengthen the central and district libraries.
At the same time, UNICEF officials gave information about their activities and assured to further strengthen scientific, cultural and artistic cooperation.
At the end of the meeting, both sides emphasized on the intellectual and cultural growth of children and youth and the development of continuous cooperation.
