

Laser Airlines resumed this Monday its flights on the Caracas – Madrid route and began to reorganize passengers affected by suspensions in recent months.
The company indicated in a statement that the operation was resumed with a rescheduling scheme for those who had tickets on previous dates.
Specifically, passengers who were due to travel on Friday, April 10, were relocated to flight QL 2922, departing from Caracas at 8:00 in the morning and arriving in Madrid at 11:35 p.m., local time.
For those who were scheduled to fly on Saturday, April 11, Laser arranged flight QL 2920 on the same Monday, April 13, departing at 5:50 p.m. from Caracas and arriving in Madrid at 8:35 the next day.
That same flight was also assigned to passengers for Monday, April 13, but rescheduled for Tuesday, the 14th.
Arrive four hours in advance
The airline asked travelers show up at the airport at least four hours in advance to complete the check-in process and apologized for the inconvenience.
The resumption occurred after a series of suspensions on the Caracas-Madrid route, which the company attributed to a cause of force majeure linked to recommendations of the Spanish State Aviation Safety Agency.
That body issued safety notices that They limited operations towards Venezuela, which forced Laser to cancel and reschedule flights at different times.
According to this background, the interruption of the route began at the end of November 2025, in the middle of the US naval deployment in the Caribbean, with disruptions between November 24 and December 1, and new specific cancellations on December 5 and 8.
In this context of restrictions and greater operational caution in the air connection between Venezuela and Spain, the airline It maintained adjustments until now announcing the progressive resumption of its frequencies.
