He stated that, unlike before, this time there is no “buying” of councilors.
“Various political combinations are being made in Podgorica, as in other cities before. And it’s all legitimate. But it would seem that no one thinks of ‘buying’ councilors, as in the past,” he believes.
As he adds, he hopes “that we have permanently overcome this disease”.
“You never know, though,” he concluded.
