Pyongyang, April 28 (KCNA) — An official delegation of the Russian Federation led by Speaker of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin left here for home on Monday after attending the inauguration ceremony of the Memorial Museum of Combat Feats at the Overseas Military Operations at the invitation of the Supreme People’s Assembly and the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK.
The national flags of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea and the Russian Federation were fluttering at the flagstaffs of Pyongyang International Airport and the guard of honor of the Korean People’s Army lined up at the apron of the terminal.
Jo Yong Won, chairman of the SPA Standing Committee of the DPRK, cordially said goodbye to Viacheslav Volodin.
The delegation was seen off by Kim Jong Gyu, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, officials concerned and Vladimir Topeha, charge d’affaires ad interim of the Russian embassy here, and its staff members. -0-
