Karitas María Lárusdóttir, one of the most popular group class teachers in the country, has decided to retire from World Class after seventeen years of successful collaboration.
In recent years, Karitas has established a strong position in the fitness industry, but she now intends to focus on a new project and will open her own studio later this year.
“There will be a wide variety of classes and courses that I’m really looking forward to sharing with you in more detail soon,” says Karitas about the upcoming classes.
She says she is very grateful for all the women who have trained with her over the years and looks forward to continuing the journey with them on a new platform.
In recent years, Karitas has taught popular classes such as Infrared Pilates and Barre, as well as leading larger training events in partnership with companies.
