Agnar’s gunsmith has a history of about 40 years. She has lived in many places, most recently in Hverafold in Grafarvogur for the past six years, but was recently moved to new premises at Síðumúla 13 in Reykjavík after being in Grafarvogur for the past six years, and Agnar Guðjónsson was doing part of his work at home.
“We had the business in three places, but now everything is in 100 square meters under one roof,” he says, referring to the fact that he used to have glass blowing and other things at his home, the warehouse in one place and the store in another.
“I’ve been in the gun business for 40 years and at the same time repaired everything between heaven and earth, such as pots and pans, in fact repaired everything I’ve been asked to fix,” says Agnar, and specifically mentions handles on the owners’ favorite pans.
