Iran confirms attacks against US military bases in Kuwait and Bahrain, while the US claims to have intercepted all missiles and denies damage to its facilities.
Iran’s Revolutionary Guard reports launching several missiles at US bases in Kuwait and Bahrain in response to recent US attacks on Iranian facilities. However, the United States Central Command (CENTCOM) assures that it intercepts all projectiles and that none of its bases are affected.
According to Iranian authorities, the offensive follows US military operations against radar systems located on the island of Qeshm and Goruk. The incidents raise tensions in the Middle East, especially in the Strait of Hormuz, a strategic route for global oil and gas trade.
