Jelena Pavlović caused noise, and even anger, by giving a speech at the Vidovdan student gathering. Some of the public found extremist and dangerous views in her work and biography, especially referring to excerpts of her earlier interview with the right-wing weekly Pečat.
“But here, no one thinks about the causes and offers a solution, but we only deal with the import of “ad hoc” agendas. We boasted that Serbia would become a “delivery unit”, that is, someone who receives instructions and we only receive prohibitions such as “no smoking”. Or the project “Mi tu”, which is present in the process of the director Mika Aleksić, in which many young women are now involved. And all that, like Srebrenica, serves to humiliate us. But I believe in the people, and those who come up with such agendas publicly admit that they have no solution for the Serbs, because we do not fit into their patterns in any way”, her statement was quoted, as well as that “she is inclined to believe that the tragic event at the Vladislav Rybnikar school is related to an experiment with artificial intelligence”.
