The authorities have taken 14 homeless drug users off the streets of Phnom Penh.
The 14 were arrested by law enforcement on Tuesday morning, in Phum Trapaing Thleung 2 and Phum Kok Chambok village, Chom Chao 1 commune, Por Sen Chey district.
Kang Vong, Chom Chao 1 commune head, said that after receiving complaints from residents that a group of homeless people were residing in tents, he led a team to arrest them and sent them to the Department of Social Affairs.
