    Moments of tension and screams were recorded in a video that shows a traffic incident between two vehicles near the Liberation Boulevardafter a motorist tried to merge from Castellana Avenue into the main lane. One of the vehicles was dragged several meters, lost control for moments and ended up stopped in the opposite direction of traffic.
