TV Azteca Honduras, where he worked as chef of the morning program “Venga la salud”, confirmed with “deep pain” the death and requested respect and privacy for his relatives.
Likewise, Channel 11, where he worked for six years on the program “Hoy es tu día”, mourned the loss of its former collaborator.
In addition to “Venga la salud”, he was also part of the staff of National Television of Honduras (TNH).
Sandra was the partner of the television presenter and former Honduran deputy. Juan Fernando Lobo.
On Wednesday morning, he dedicated an emotional congratulations to her on Instagram, calling her “the queen of my heart” and wishing you blessings. She responded with what would be her last public words: “Thank you love, I love you much more, amen, God allow it.”
Honduran media reported that Juan Fernando Lobo took her to a private clinic on Wednesday afternoon after She stated that she was not feeling well.
“Sandra Díaz was treated and the doctor gave her an injection in the back of her neck; later, she mentioned that He felt electricity and began to collapse. According to the husband in the report, the doctors indicated that she was asleep and proceeded to apply various medications to her,” published the newspaper El Heraldo.
Due to complications, she was transferred to the emergency room of another hospital, where the doctors told Juan Fernando that the presenter arrived without vital signs, according to the El Heraldo review.
“It is with deep pain that we report the death of our dear colleague Sandra Díaz del Valle. Her talent and warmth leave an indelible mark on our Azteca family. We sympathize with her relatives and ask for respect and privacy for them at this difficult time,” the TV Azteca statement said.
Sandra Díaz del Valle, mother of two children (male and female) was a beloved face on Honduran television.
Although his initial training was linked to the area of marketing, he reoriented his professional path towards gastronomy, turning culinary art into his way of life, which he shared with thousands of people through television and social networks.
In a message posted on his Instagram, Last Tuesday, she highlighted that “each recipe, each dish and each presentation carries a little piece of my heart.” Then he added: “Seeing people enjoy, get excited and share around good food is one of the greatest satisfactions of my life.”
