During a working trip to Nurek and Dangara, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon commissioned a number of industrial enterprises and social facilities on April 24.
According to the press service of the head of state, in Nurek the president commissioned the Global Invest drinking water production enterprise, built by domestic entrepreneur Khujamurod Azimi. The production capacity of the plant is 15 thousand capsules and 5 thousand drinking water containers per day.
Then Rakhmon launched the work of lines for the production of iron fences. The workshop was created on the basis of the closed joint-stock company “Experimental Mechanical Plant” in the city of Nurek. The new enterprise is equipped with modern equipment and technologies and is capable of producing up to 1,500 units of products per day and more than 180 thousand iron fences per year, which allows not only to meet domestic demand, but also to export products.
With the participation of the head of state, the work of the greenhouse complex of Gulnur LLC was launched. The complex was created on an area of 10 hectares of fallow land, of which 6 hectares are intended for the construction of modern greenhouses. 3 hectares have already been put into operation: roses are grown on 1 hectare, and various seasonal flowers are grown on 2 hectares. More than 1.8 million roses of various varieties and over 3 million seasonal flowers are grown here.
In Nurek, the President also remotely commissioned the psychiatric and drug addiction department at the city’s central hospital; a specialized diagnostic center and garage for water supply services, a poultry farming enterprise in Langar jamoat, a concrete production workshop in Dukoni jamoat, as well as two kindergartens in the villages of Chal-Chal and Chashma.
After Nurek, Emomali Rahmon went to the Dangara region, where he laid the foundation stone for the construction of the second stage of the Marmari poultry complex in the village of Gulafshon. The implementation of the second stage of the project, scheduled until September 2027, provides for the construction of 23 poultry farms and related infrastructure, including 10 km of power lines, on an area of more than 36 hectares.
The complex’s activities will cover three key areas: raising breeding chickens, producing hatching eggs and breeding meat poultry, which will create a full-fledged production cycle in five separate areas.
In addition, in the village of Gijovak of the Pushing Jamoat, the President launched the activities of the second stage of the Muosir joint venture, which now produces three types of products for tunneling, mining underground minerals, building roads and digging vertical wells. The production capacity of the joint venture is 20 thousand tons of final products per year.
