The prime minister will fly to Moscow for the May celebrations of the anniversary of the end of the Second World War Robert Fico from Direction also with the deputy speaker of the parliament Tibor Gašpar.
He announced his participation in the May celebrations in the Russian state news agency RIA Novosti, which helps Putin spread the Kremlin’s war propaganda even beyond the borders of Russia.
The news from RIA Novosti was picked up by the Namibian news agency NAMPA. In it, he quotes Gašpar’s words about the fact that as vice president National Council is also planning to participate in the official delegation at the May celebrations.
On Tuesday’s Smer press conference in the parliament, Gašpar only said about other topics that more government politicians can go to the May celebrations with Fico.
“It depends on the program that will be available at the time and the capacity that the tour will have,” he said.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is keeping secret whether the minister will go to Moscow Juraj Blanár. The ministry said that the media always inform about Blanár’s travels in advance and will continue to do so.
The Government Office did not respond to SME’s questions about the composition of the delegation.

One selected male and female student was part of Fico’s official delegation to the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II in Moscow last year.
