At the end of the meeting, he confirmed the attendance of nine heads of state and the king of Spain at the ceremony on July 28.
Pareja explained that the purpose of the meeting was to inform the elected president of all the details of the protocol activities planned for the days of the change of government.
“I paid a visit to the president-elect, first to greet her and congratulate her on her appointment and to inform her about all the events for the transfer of command, on July 27, 28 and 29. We had a cordial conversation where I transmitted the entire program, minute by minute.“, he pointed out.
The head of Torre Tagle also confirmed the presence of the main foreign delegations that will participate in the investiture ceremony. He indicated that they will attend the king of Spain and the presidents of Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Panama, Honduras and Ecuador.
Likewise, he specified that other countries will be represented by their Ministers of Foreign Affairs or other high authorities.

The chancellor highlighted that the ceremony will have a significant international presence.

The meeting is part of the coordination that the outgoing Government carries out with the president-elect to guarantee the development of the official acts for the transfer of command and the reception of the international delegations that will attend the investiture ceremony.
