The Federation of International Dominican Business Women (FEM) held the international congress “360° Digital Transformation: innovation for the business future”, a meeting and learning space that brought together hundreds of businessmen, entrepreneurs, professionals and representatives of the public and private sectors to address the challenges and opportunities of innovation and digital transformation.
The meeting included the participation of the international expert Nuria Lloret Romerofrom Valencia, Spain, recognized for her career in innovation, artificial intelligence and digital transformation, who shared a global vision of the opportunities offered by new technologies for business development and competitiveness.
Within the framework of the congress, FEM presented special recognitions to the vice president of the RepublicRaquel Peña; to the Dominican Institute of Telecommunications (Indotel), represented by its president, Guido Gómez Mazara; and to the Senate of the Republic, represented by its presidentRicardo de los Santosfor their contributions to institutional strengthening, innovation, technological development and the digital transformation of the Dominican Republic.
The agenda included keynote conferences, thematic panels and exchange spaces on artificial intelligence, digital leadership, cybersecurity, financial innovation, e-commerce and business transformation. Likewise, the panels “Women in digital innovation” and “Success stories in digital transformation and open innovation” were developed, the latter with the participation of representatives of the Government Office of Information and Communication Technologies (Ogtic), who shared experiences and good practices in terms of technological modernization.
