SAN MARINO – An afternoon dedicated to cycling, fun and friendship involved children, parents, technicians and managers at the Michael Antonelli MTB Cycling Track on Saturday 26 September, at the Laiala Park in Serravalle.
The initiative was organized by Juvenes Ciclismo of Serravalle in collaboration with the San Marino National Fair Play Committee, as part of the European Sports Week, promoted by the European Commission from 23 to 30 September 2026.
The young participants tried their hand at various cycling skill tests along the track route, in an event designed to introduce the little ones to sporting activity through play and sharing.
The event is part of the European campaign #BeActive and #BeActiveYourWay, which this year places inclusion, well-being and belonging at the centre. The aim of the organizers is to promote a healthy and inclusive lifestyle, enhancing sport as an opportunity for personal growth and socialisation.
