That the claims of the Democratic Party of Socialists are correct that the local government in Tivat is falling apart, citizens are convinced every day through the dysfunctionality of local services that do not deliver services to citizens, through constant mutual confrontations between those who manage this municipality, through sessions that look less and less like the serious work of the local parliament, announced the Municipal Board of DPS Tivat.
“And no matter how much they tried to cover up the complete collapse of the system, it has become so visible that even the rulers themselves can no longer deny it,” they say.
In order for Tivat to get out of the dysfunctional phase, according to the DPS, it needs a government that will not run away from responsibility, but will come to grips with the problems that, according to them, were produced by today’s, still on paper, ruling majority due to their mutual trade and blackmail.
“In the end, it is not necessary for the opposition led by the Democratic Party of Socialists to announce the end of this government. This government made it visible by its own ignorance, incompetence, greed for seats and privileges”, concluded DPS Tivat.
