Just in time for the start of preparations for the Super League season today, FC Vaduz announces the return of a well-known face from the region. Dejan Djokic from Walenstadt played for the Liechtenstein club from 2019 to 2024 and scored 46 goals and provided 13 assists in 159 competitive games before he moved to the Super League in Valais. The 1.88 meter tall attacker was most recently on loan to Debrecen in Hungary.
«We are very pleased that we were able to sign Deki, an agile striker with well-known finishing qualities. We also value him as an absolute team player, which means he fits perfectly into our team structure,” says sports director Franz Burgmeier, commenting on the return campaign in the media release. Both parties agreed not to disclose any terms of the transfer. The 25-year-old was there for the start of training today. (red)
