He Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) reported that, as of Friday, April 24, a total of 125,324 people have registered on the platform of the Cepanim. Of this figure, 96,384 correspond to living beneficiaries and 28,940 to survivors.
The entity highlighted that the platform remains available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the aim of guaranteeing an orderly and transparent process for all users.
The start of the Cepanim delivery is scheduled for mid-June 2026. However, the Minister of Economy and Finance, Philip Chapmanpointed out that, due to the high number of beneficiaries, payments will be made in a staggered manner.
According to the entity, users can enter through digital addresses cepanim.mef.gob.pa and www.mef.gob.pa, where the system has been set up to facilitate the registration and management process for this benefit.
The MEF explained that the process begins with the creation of an account in the enabled digital system, followed by entering the applicant’s personal data.
Subsequently, the user must indicate whether the management corresponds to a living or deceased beneficiary, a necessary step to continue with the validation of the information.
Once the registration is completed, the authorities will proceed to verify the data and, if approved, an appointment will be assigned to deliver the certificate.
The MEF detailed that, after validation, the beneficiary will be contacted in a timely manner to withdraw their Cepanim on the previously established date, as part of the process organized to guarantee orderly care.
