Cardi B will release an album completely in Spanish, as revealed during his concert in Charlotte, North Carolina, as part of his tour ‘Little Miss Drama’.
The singer of Dominican origin confirmed that, after her third album project, she will work in the Spanish-speaking market.
“You know, I talk about money in English and Spanish, bitch. After this album that I’m going to release, I’m going to the Spanish market,” said the rapper. “I’m not going to speak English anymore. Hello, he doesn’t speak English. It’s time to get the money in Spanish. There’s a lot of money in Spanish waiting for me, I’m going to go get it.”
This Tuesday the artist received Ozuna as a surprise guest at the closing of his tour of the United States ‘Little Miss Drama’which corresponds to their most recent album “Am I the Drama?”.
In 2024, Cardi posted a poll on Twitter (now Bardi Gang (as their fans are known) did want a project completely in Spanish and 79% were in favor.
Although she was born and raised in the United States, Cardi, who is the daughter of a Dominican father and Trinidadian mother, learned English at age 7.
“Because English is not my first language and both of my parents are immigrants, I learned to speak English when I was 7 years old,” he wrote in a tweet in 2026.
