Belarusian Railways together with the state enterprise Belintertrans, operates the consolidated container train service. The service enables Belarusian enterprises to ship cargo to various provinces across China. Belintertrans provides a full range of transportation services, including the provision of equipment, cargo consolidation, and coordination of the transportation process along the entire route.Shipments are transported through the Russian-Chinese border crossing of Zabaikalsk-Manzhouli and then forwarded to their final destinations in China. Containers are consolidated at the Kolyadichi terminal near Minsk. Cargo submitted by different shippers before the 25th day of the month in which the train is scheduled to depart ensures the timely export of Belarusian products and the formation and dispatch of the container train.
As part of efforts to expand exports to foreign markets, Belarusian Railways and Belintertrans have also introduced a service for transporting consolidated cargo in containers from Belarus to China.In addition, containers carrying goods from Belarusian enterprises are attached at the Brest-Severny station to transit container trains traveling from Europe to China, with destinations including the Chinese cities of Chengdu, Chongqing, and Xi’an.
