Bangladesh Army has rescued a critically ill woman from the remote mountainous area of Rowangchari Upazila of Bandarban by helicopter. He is currently undergoing treatment at Chittagong Combined Military Hospital (CMH) under the supervision of specialist doctors.
It is known that the woman named Ramkil Bom (74) suddenly suffered a stroke on Friday. Rapid deterioration of his physical condition necessitated urgent medical attention.
Later Bangladesh Army conducted immediate rescue operations as a part of humanitarian and emergency services. He was rescued from a remote area by an army helicopter in the afternoon under the supervision of Bandarban Region and taken to Chittagong CMH.
Currently, he is receiving treatment under the close supervision of specialist doctors.
Bangladesh Army has said that besides protecting the sovereignty of the country, they are working tirelessly to improve the quality of life of all communities in the hilly areas and provide emergency humanitarian assistance.
