Martyr Al-Hafiz, May 5, 2026 (SPS) – The Secretary-General of the Students’ Union of Sakia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab, Mr. Khalhan Al-Ghazwani, announced the composition of the committee charged with preparing for the organization’s fifth conference, and the composition was as follows:

Regarding the formation of the preparatory committee for the fifth conference of the Students’ Union of Saguia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab_
Embodying the provisions of the Basic Law of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Saguia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab, especially Article (156) thereof,
Based on the regulations issued by the Secretariat of Political Organization dated January 15, 2025 under No.: 01/01/2025,
In implementation of the provisions of the Basic Law of the Sakia El Hamra and Wadi Eddahab Students Union, especially Article (23) thereof,
In order to ensure good and organized preparation for the holding of the fifth conference of the Union of Students of Saguia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab in appropriate organizational and political conditions.
The Secretary-General of the Sakia El Hamra and Wadi Eddahab Students Union decides the following:
Article One:
Pursuant to this decision, the Preparatory Committee for the Fifth Conference of the Saguia El Hamra and Oued Eddahab Students Union is formed, which is responsible for preparing, organizing and supervising all aspects related to holding the conference.
