25 projects were presented through the “Estilaa” platform to take the views of the public and the government and private sectors
The unified electronic platform for polling the opinions of the public and government agencies (Survey), affiliated with the Saudi Competitiveness and Business Center, launched 25 projects related to economic and development affairs, in cooperation with 13 government agencies. To enable stakeholders to express views and suggestions about it before its approval.
The projects presented through the platform included the project (Controls for Accepting and Disposing of Gifts and Donations), through which the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing aims to organize the procedures for receiving and accepting gifts and donations, managing and monitoring them in accordance with the regulatory frameworks approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The survey on the project ends on July 15, 2026 AD.
The platform witnessed the launch of the project (Shared Digital Educational Resources Policy); Through which the National Center for E-Learning aims to regulate the governance of the use and availability of shared resources at the national level, and integration and interoperability between entities and their educational and training systems.
It also seeks to ensure the quality of shared resources and their suitability to the targeted learning outcomes, and to enhance the availability of shared resources and their sharing among government agencies in order to achieve optimal national benefit. The survey on the project ends on July 15, 2026 AD.
For its part, the Saudi Center for Accreditation of Health Facilities proposed a project (National Standards for Medical Rehabilitation Services). Through which it aims to develop and issue national standards for medical rehabilitation services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a unified national reference that specifies the basic requirements for providing the service in a safe, effective and patient-centered manner, and for the standards to be applicable to medical rehabilitation services, and the survey on the project ends on July 18, 2026 AD.
The draft laws, regulations, and the like will be presented through the (Estalaa) platform. Emphasizing the enhancement of transparency in the legislative environment, spreading the culture of reconnaissance among the public, government agencies, and the private sector, and involving them in formulating projects related to the business environment.
