    The Charitable Society for Orphan Care in the Riyadh region, “Insan,” issued its annual report for the year 2025 AD, including the most prominent achievements, programs and initiatives that it implemented during the past year, which reflected its efforts in empowering orphans and their families and moving them from the circle of need to sufficiency and production through an integrated system of social and development programs.

    The report indicated that the association achieved a strategic performance rate of 88%, while the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries reached 85%, satisfaction with the services provided reached 93%, satisfaction of sponsors reached 91%, and satisfaction of members reached 95%.

    The report indicated that the association provided its services to 35,760 beneficiaries, male and female, representing 10,699 families, through 23 branches in the Riyadh region, spending more than 122 million riyals on basic expenses that included food, clothing, and cash assistance, in addition to about 29 million riyals on seasonal services, and more than 70 million riyals on housing programs that included rents, housing insurance, maintenance, restoration, and furnishing.

    The association also spent more than 25 million riyals on family services and other supportive services, in addition to 18.5 million riyals on educational care, which included higher education, diplomas, school supplies, and transportation insurance, more than a million riyals on health care, and about 4.8 million riyals on empowerment, training, employment, and marriage support programs.

    The report indicated that the association continues its development approach in empowering orphans and their families, as 1,000 sons and daughters benefited from educational programs, 850 from employment programs, 850 from training programs, and 150 from project financing, in addition to 282 young men and women benefiting from the group marriage program, while 5,600 beneficiaries benefited from programs to enable self-sufficiency related to the requirements of the labor market.

    The report also reviewed the role of the sponsorship program in meeting the needs of beneficiary families, as the number of private sponsorships reached 31,687 sponsorships, and the number of sponsors was 19,771 sponsors, in addition to 2,306 permanent sponsorships, while the number of reports sent to sponsors exceeded 33 thousand reports, with a growth rate of 12.5%.

    In the field of community partnerships, the number reached 97 partnerships with various parties in the fields of education, training, employment, financial support, and development programs.

    “Insan” continued the digital transformation journey by developing operational systems and raising the efficiency of the technical infrastructure, as the process automation and systems integration index rose to 80%, and the digital adoption rate exceeded 75%. It also launched a number of digital services and applications, and received the award for Best Use of Technology in the Customer Experience Awards.

    In the field of volunteering, the number of male and female volunteers reached 2,815 volunteers who provided more than 40,000 volunteer hours through 1,088 volunteer opportunities, while the satisfaction rate with volunteer work reached 94%.

    The report confirmed that the Society continues to enhance institutional excellence and apply best practices in orphan care, as it obtained 30 local and international quality awards and certificates during the year 2025, the most prominent of which is the Humanitarian Work Award for the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and the Society’s honoring in the EFQM International Excellence Award, in addition to implementing studies to measure impact.

    In the field of housing, the association continued to develop and maintain the homes of beneficiary families and supervise construction, restoration and home rehabilitation projects, as it implemented 106 residential services for families, and achieved a 100% completion rate in maintenance requests during the year 2025 AD.

    The association also continued its geographical expansion in the Riyadh region as part of its strategic plan to serve orphans, bringing the number of its branches to 23 branches in addition to 4 media centers, achieving a growth rate of 7%.

    As part of enhancing its community presence, the association participated in 19 different events and occasions, in addition to implementing marketing and media campaigns that contributed to developing resources, enhancing financial sustainability, expanding the donor base, and increasing interaction with its humanitarian message.

    At the level of human resources, the association provided more than 5,000 hours of training to its employees, and the employee satisfaction rate reached 84%, while the rate of automation of services reached 85% and digital archiving reached 95%. It also continued to develop its legal and governance system by providing legal support and consultations and following up on legal issues and procedures, in a way that enhances the protection of the association’s assets and raises the efficiency of institutional performance.
