A criminal complaint was filed against the responsible persons in the state company Zrakoplovno-tehnički centar and the company Aero Partner from Zagreb to the State Attorney’s Office due to “the existence of a well-founded suspicion of the commission of criminal acts of abuse of position and authority, illegal favoritism in the field of business operations and public procurement, and potential corrupt activities by the private company Aero Partner in obtaining a framework agreement without conducting a public tender”.
