“How many friends they are to Budva and our fellow citizens, they clearly showed in the past few days when they celebrated the million-dollar blockade and damage to our city. And their roles in this shameful work will be declared in the future by an independent judiciary freed from political influence,” he says.
The state government, adds Odžić, only knows how to block and sell off.
“What remains is what the whole of Montenegro sees – the satisfaction of NSD, DNP, Democrats and “Manda’s” wing of PES, because something is blocked and stopped. They are not used to building and building, but to selling off, stopping and blocking. From Sveti Stefan to Sea Dance, from Montenegro Airlines, via Crnogorska plovida to Aerodrom – this government only knows how to block and sell off state property,” Odžić points out.
That is why, as he says, they are bothered by the successes of those who beat them to death in Budva.
“They are bothered by the increase in our municipality’s property, the record budget, the purchase of buildings, the construction of preschool facilities, garages, support for sports, culture, health, education, and the re-establishment of Budva as the central tourist and cultural point of Montenegro. From the reaction of our fellow citizens, we can clearly see that they have recognized the dishonorable intentions towards our community and that it will be a problem for many to submit a list for the local elections that will be held in a year. And those who submit it will easily count the votes after this joint attack on the stability of our city and the existence of families,” he announced.
He adds that he will not break them.
“We tell them that neither illegal verdicts nor blockades will break us, because our desire to make Budva the best place to live in Montenegro is stronger than their hatred and division,” concluded Odžić.
