A delegation of Turkmen entrepreneurs is on a working visit to the United States. Within the framework of their trip, they are participating in the SelectUSA 2026 Investment Summit, which is taking place from May 3 to 6 in National Harbor, Maryland, holding talks with American companies and investors. Also attending the event were Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to the United States, Esen Aydogdyev, and U.S. Ambassador to Turkmenistan, Elizabeth Rood.
The summit program includes plenary sessions, an expanded exhibition area, and expert discussions on investment trends, advanced technologies, manufacturing, and regional strategies.
The participation of Turkmen business circles in one of the largest investment forums in the United States demonstrates growing interest in expanding bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the two countries. The delegation includes Jamila Karimova, founder of the “Ish Nokady” coworking center.
