In its statement yesterday, the Ministry of Health reported that 2,659 people died in Israel’s attacks on Lebanon since March 2.

The Israeli army launched intense air attacks on Lebanon on March 2 and occupied many towns in the south of the country.
The Lebanese government also announced that the number of people displaced in the country exceeded 1 million during this period.
ATTACKS CONTINUE DESPITE THE ceasefire
US President Donald Trump announced that the 10-day temporary ceasefire between Lebanon and Israel, which came into effect on April 17, was extended for another 3 weeks.
Despite the ceasefire, Israel’s attacks in southern Lebanon continue, and Hezbollah continues to respond.
