“The results of several months of Polish–American talks, including the most recent round of the Poland–U.S. Strategic Dialogue, are encouraging. Poland has a real chance to become an LNG hub in Central Europe,” said the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki.
The head of state published a post online outlining the tangible outcomes of discussions between Poland and the United States.
“The results of several months of Polish–American talks, including the most recent round of the Poland–U.S. Strategic Dialogue, are encouraging. Poland has a real chance to become an LNG hub in Central Europe. We have diversified our energy sources and supply routes—today we can also strengthen the security of our partners and allies in the region,” President Nawrocki emphasized.
He added that “today, on the anniversary of Poland’s accession to the European Union, we understand this even better—only through cooperation based on respect for sovereignty and solidarity can we build a better future.”
Energy security and cooperation in this area are now one of the pillars of the Polish–American strategic partnership, strengthening both economies and shared security. “This is no coincidence, but the result of a consistent policy—from my meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House on September 3, through talks in Davos in January and the recent Three Seas Initiative Summit in Dubrovnik, to ongoing cooperation at multiple levels,” the president noted.
He concluded his statement with the words: “Poland keeps its word—and our alliance is growing stronger.”
