The Ajloun cable car, affiliated with the Jordanian Group for Free Zones and Development Zones, one of the most prominent tourist destinations in the north of the Kingdom, witnessed an exceptional turnout yesterday, Friday, as the number of visitors reached 5,728 visitors in one day, a number that reflects the growing interest in the site as a preferred tourist option during the weekend.
This great demand is due to the distinctive spring weather that Ajloun Governorate is witnessing, in addition to the unique experience that the cable car provides that combines stunning nature with charming panoramic views.
In this context, the staff operating and supervising the cable car system made extensive efforts to ensure the smooth flow of movement and organize the entry of visitors, as the field teams worked very efficiently and throughout the day to deal with this large number, while maintaining the highest standards of public safety and providing the best services.
The site management stressed its continued keenness to develop the visitors’ experience and raise the level of services provided, thus enhancing the position of the Ajloun cable car as a leading tourist destination in the Kingdom.
It was also decided to extend the Ajloun Spring Festival in the cable car until next Saturday, the second of May, due to the remarkable turnout it witnessed.
The Ajloun cable car is one of the projects of the Jordanian Group for Free Zones and Development Zones, one of the vital tourism projects that contribute to supporting the tourism and economic movement in the region, and attracting visitors from various governorates of the Kingdom and abroad.
